Very poor customer care. Lot of wait time for no reason. I had a bad experience with Daysi. She always make me wait intentionally. I don't know what is her problem. It seems like taking personal revenge or something.
If I could rate zero stars, I will totally do so!! Called for multiple times, but no one responded and LEFT VOICE message too. My last call, finally someone picked up the phone. Never answer question directly, I said I would like to speak with the Dr. myself. They responded that he is busy seeing other patients. I was left with no answer, and be cut off afterward. I am not sure what to do now. The billing, servicing is TERRIBLE, a nightmare. If you want to get yourself into big trouble, go see them.
