ACKER Roofing did a fine job on my 1 story roof in Pleasant Hill. The salesman Dean Mouser was honest, kind, informative and helpful. I am a widow with no experience in this issue lol and was totally vulnerable . No worries, they were professional and my only obstacles were my solar panels and the rain❗️It all worked out and I am a ‘happy camper’ safe in my home with no leaks and no worries ❗️
I live in North Carolina but I needed to take care of my dad property after he passed. I contacted several companies some of which did not call me back. Dusten at Acker called me right back. He inspected the roof and sent me a written proposal right away. Acker gave me a fair price but more importantly they did a phenomenal job. They made the process very easy despite the fact that I was almost 3000 miles away. Dusten communicated with me via email, text, and phone and answered all my questions. This is a company with a lot of integrity and they do exceptional work. I wish I could hire them here in NC! ?
Acker Roofing was great. I needed a roof cleaning and photos for a insurance renewal. They knew exactly what was needed. The report was thorough and the insurance company renewed my insurance.
Will definitely use them next time I need roof work.
