I describe this place as miracle workers! I had an accident that left me with a facial scar that had required 26 stitches. A few months later, I decided to check out some plastic surgeons and skin care places. Pretty much all cosmetic surgeons just wanted to sell creams. This clinic was recommended by a friend, so I decided to check it out. Their staff is so welcoming, and the check-in process thorough and convenient. Everything was electronic, not pages of paper and the facility was very clean. After I had my consultation with Dom, it was very apparent what this business cares about most is patient results and satisfaction. He explained the options throughly, and showed me all their state of the art equipment (they had far more advanced stuff than the other places I checked out). After just my first session, the results speak for themselves. When you come here, you feel like family because they care about you and your results. This is the place to go if you want to look your best!

Last Saturday after having an early dinner at Fuji Restaurant, I passed by Abby Skin Clinic Concord branch since I was already in the area to buy my skin care products. It's my first time going there since I always go to the Union city location for my facial. And I'm very pleased with the staff there. They were also as nice as the staff in the other branch. I love the interior of the concord location, it's all white and very spacious. They have the same services as with the other location. I'm very pleased that they have 2 locations that I can always go to. Keep up the great work Abby Skin

Abby and her team are so cordial and professional that they have never disappointed me. This team must have been the only skincare team I have ever met that has been able to treat my skin accordingly to my "racial" needs. LITERALLY. Being of mixed "Races" I have always had special issues with my skin of all the many places I have visited looking for HELP, only ABBY, and her TEAM has been successful to give me what I need with unbelievable results. They take the time to explain my treatments and answer all of my questions. After 8 years of receiving care from this group, l just listen and follow instructions and enjoy the results and the experience. I highly recommend this team their treatments and their products to family and friends.
