Javier came back a second time and did a treatment for pets, which took care of the odor and was greatly appreciated. However, the new tenant already complained about the carpet being dirty & sticky. They sent pictures of their feet after walking on the carpet barefoot along with a moist toilet they said they wiped on the carpet?! Anyway, we are going to try for one more cleaning if Javier thinks it will do any good. We shall see... *Also in terms of rating overall, I would really give a 4.6 star and only because my one baseboard took a lot of moisture and deformed as a result. Javier also did a considerable amount of labor & a pet treatment to rectify that to a degree.

We had a serious Vole problem in our garden. A neighbor recommended Gingrich. We called and with two days Alex came out and did baited about 16 holes.
Although that was very effective and essentially eliminated the Vole activity associated with those holes, within 5 days we had several new holes and new activity.
Clearly we had a more s4erious Vole problem than we thought. I called Gingrich again and two days later Javier came out and baited the new holes.
It now appears that we are on a positive trajectory towards eliminating our Vole problem.
I found Gingrich service excellent and highly recommend them.

OOOMMMG! I have never had a salon haircut in my life and the experience that I got in Mary's chair was THE BEST! I'm not gonna lie, I was super scared because I've never sat down in a salon chair ever - LOL, but Mary made me feel super comfortable. I am so happy that I found this beautiful place along with beautiful people because Mary DID HER BIG ONE on my hair and of course I already set up another appointment. I will say, don't be stingy and take up all their time, because I still want to get into their chair too - HAHAHAA! Don't hesitate, Christine is amazing. She is a true expert. I got highlights, lowlights, and a haircut for curly hair. My hair is wavy/ curly and I've had the same hair stylist for ten years until she moved out of state. I did a lot of research until I found Christine, but I was still scared when I first walked into her salon. Christine was so sweet and nice. She made me feel comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do, she listened to my requests, and she offered her insights and new ideas. She explained everything she was going to do. Christine did an amazing job. My hair looks amazing. I've had some truly bad experiences in the past and I feel very lucky I've found Christine.

I was introduced to Latora by a very dear friend and each time I feel very grateful for crossing paths with Latora.I met her 9 years ago at a time when I had given up on my permed hair as it was damaged from another hair dresser I had been going to, with some areas of bald patches and uneven hair length, dry and lackluster. Through careful management, love and patience hair grew back evenly . Latora put me on kids relaxer for my perm( JUST FOR ME) and I made sure to listen and take all the advice given from her as a professional( perm,condition, trim, and color)She got to understand and feel my hair texture and put me on really mild hair products. Bosco has been my barber for about 4 years going on 5 & he is dedicated to the barbet life and I could honestly say he brought me back from a messed up double hair line ! He always pays attention to detail and makes sure your satisfied with your cut ! Awesome barber. Super chill and clean atmosphere. Got a fresh cut and feel like a new person again. Got lots of compliments at work haha. I'll definitely be back. The parking lot in the back was full. I recommend just parking on the street. Cuz if you pull into the parking lot and it's full, you'll have to back out back into the street. There's no space to turn around. There's a door with a sign that says the barbershop is on the 2nd floor.

Jake is a standup guy, an experienced steady hand when it comes to cutting hair. I was out with my family in concord today and we decided to walk over to see about a haircut. He took great care of my hair, but if you're a fan of the old school barbershop vibe, you know that the haircut isn't the only thing you go for. You go for a pilgrimage of sanity, to chat with your barber who gets to know you over many conversations over the years, and you get to see a familiar face, and look forward that fresh shave and trim. Today was my first time working with Jake, but it felt as if he has always been there just waiting for me to stop on by again. He chatted and told stories, and he let my baby son babble and wander rounds the barbershop causing trouble. I highly recommend you pay Goodfellas Barbershop a visit.

I went here the other day for my first time, and I will definitely be back. I just said I waned a pedi, and I didn't ask what it included. When she dipped my feet in a bag of wax and gave me a hot stone massage, I started to wonder about the price. To my surprise, it was $35! Steal of a deal! I had gone to her once before (when Blades was open) and I was very happy to have her cut my hair back then. She listens and understands well what I was asking for. At that time I wanted a little length taken off, but I was nervous based on previous experiences with others, but she knew what she was doing.
This time I went to her and had a general idea of what I wanted and I have to say that Kaylee is amazing with a pair of scissors. She knows exactly what do to with curly/wavy hair and how to cut it so that it looks the way you want it to after.
I HIGHLY recommend Kaylee for anyone with any texture in their hair, or have had a bad experience previously with other people that don't listen well or understand what to do with hair that has any texture/curl to it.

Victoria reached out to my husband for another hydrafacial and he accepted. He came back after the hydrafacial looking much better. The lesson we learned from all of this is that the hydrafacial is superior to other facials and allows for better extractions. Victoria's hydrafacial skills are fantastic. If my husband needs another hydrafacial which he probably will at some point then he will book with Victoria again. With Victoria's advice, my husband will switch to a different brand of sunscreen, one that is mineral-based which will be easier on his pores. Thank you Victoria for making a positive difference to my husband's skincare goals!

I have been going to plus one spa for a while. I have had excellent massages, both full body and feet. Yesterday I had one of the best massages ever. I had very severe sore muscles so walking was difficult. Nyna gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She did deep tissue and with my permission really dug into the painful spots. Now, a day later, I feel true relief. Nyna, you get an A+!

I needed my brows tinted. Lashed Out was recommended on a neighborhood site and I am so happy that I made my appointment with her. Danielle was very accommodating with my schedule and I had my appointment within two days. Danielle has great presence. She is kind and is happy to explain all of the options available these days with regard to lashes and brows. I left with beach ready brows! Nate was AWESOME! Made me and my sister feel like family. Conversation, atmosphere, company was all amazing! I haven't had a tattoo in over 16 years and needed a cover up. I came in around 1pm and he said he could fit me in but it'd be around 8pm. He stayed until after 1am to finish my cover up. I had been to three other shops that day trying to get seen and no one but Nate would see me same day. I'm honestly glad he said yes, because I'm pretty sure he's my new tattoo guy. Amazing service & speed! Wow, this was my first time having to replace a water heater, and I have to say I was VERY impressed! First, I was referred by my sister which was already a good sign. I called at 9:30pm (when I discovered my WH broke) on a Friday night and spoke to a live person (Cyrus), who set me up with a cost estimate and a time window for the very next morning to have my unit replaced! As promised, a very nice tech (Wesley) called me in the morning to say he was on his way, and behold...I had a new water heater installed by 11:30am!! Wesley was incredibly efficient, and what I liked best was his pride and praise that he had for his company. He expressed that it was a great company to work for, they care about everyone, and they treat their employees very well. As a consumer, it made me feel even better about my choice to hire Water Heaters Only. Thank you so much for the GREAT service!

Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME!They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to "snake" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet. I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. Miguel and his associate were very professional and pleasant and, as always is a happy surprise, they were careful not to create alot for me to clean up and I REALLY appreciate that, I cant tell you enough!! These guys are great. I located them on Angie's list and could not be happier. They installed a new tankless water heater six months ago. It was less than 24 hours after I first called. The young guys who installed it were just so proffesional. We had a slight glitch just yesterday and they were right out. It turned out to be a minor adjustment in the pitch of the vent pipe. The technician Sam made a minor adjustment and once again we were up and running. Fantastic work.

In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.

Recent washing machine fix went PERFECTLY from start to finish. From Start I mean access to info online, website, etc. First contact with Chris on the phone was direct, simple and helpful. Get this...He LISTENS!! The repair was tenuous due to the nature of the location and issue and he was honest about that too. It got done with the help of Asst. Old school mom n pop vacuums and sewing repair place. Very reasonably priced. We had a 7 year old very pricey Dyson Animal + Allergy upright vacuum that was simply TOO good at sucking sh*t up...so it had microscopic dust particles deeply embedded into the cyclones (older model, before they constructed them to be easily taken apart for manual cleaning.). Before we resigned to tossing it, we had them give it a whirl and it's like a brand new vacuum again! FYI: They're a bit tech challenged, so best to have a cash backup to pay in case their phone lines are down and can't take your CC, lol

Interior latch broke and locked my partner in a room - Sanju was here in 10 minutes and got the door open (it was challenging) and replaced the latch. I recently used Miracle Carpet care to clean the carpets of a house after moving out. Randy was on-time, gave me an accurate estimate and did an amazing job on the carpets. The carpets were cleaned well and he removed the few spots that I was concerned about. The carpets looked so clean and fabulous. I could not be happier with the quality of the work. We have been Peshon's customers for many years. They have cleaned our area rugs regularly over the past 15 years. Rugs they have cleaned include several Berber style carpets from Tunisia. These are potentially delicate carpets and they have always done them effectively without color bleed or loss. The Peshons folks come, roll up the carpets and take them away. A week or two later they bring them back looking great. I like the people and I like the service.
I hadn't had the house cleaned in 6 months. We have 2700 sf of wood , tile and carpet floors with 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. It needed a thorough cleaning, and I was also looking for a regular service going forward. The staff that came were communicative, energetic and knowledgeable. They were committed to doing everything that needed to be done, and they were efficient. Stayed with EH Clean for 3 years and 2 apartments...the management is so nice and practices high quality customer service. Our dedicated team was also lovely to deal with. Only reason why not 5 stars is that after some time, the level of cleaning detail was not the most stellar, but if there was a 4.5 star option, I'd have picked that, because hey, they have a very full schedule and are probably expected to keep moving quick. The move-out cleaning was impeccable. Definitely recommend in the big picture!

I recently bought a home with old carpet, tile and oak wood flooring in desperate need of a make over quickly before I moved in. I researched online for the best flooring stores in the area and Concord Carpet and Hardwood was a the top of the list! I am so glad I found them based on their reputation. I even shopped the local competitors and found S&G to have higher material costs and LL Flooring didn't stand up to the quality of materials. CC&H was the best experience overall. Wonderful service from start to finish by Barbara! Helped guide me with luxury vinyl selections in my price point and did excellent in home measurements. Visited the job site in progress and came when completed with care instructions and warranty info. Full service at a reasonable price and a real pleasure to work with. And it gets better, the installer Fernando and Oscar were meticulous!! They are organized, kept a clean job site with open communication on progress/schedule. In September 2023, Ray, Jorge & team finished installing a French drain and re-did the side alley of our home on time and within budget. Initially, I had invited Ray to provide an estimate to redo the concrete for the side alley. There was another team I was interested in. Ray suggested installing a French drain -- something I had not considered. So, I studied up and invited a few more contractors for estimates. I had an abysmal experience with a prior hired contractor so was cautious. I asked Ray lots of questions, and requested references. Overall, I'm happy to have worked with him and look forward to working with Ray & team again.

I was only a secondhand client, so to speak, given that Echobots was hired by our condo association for termite prevention/control around our properties, but from what I witnessed as a resident-owner of an apartment in the complex where they worked, they are an efficient and well organized team, communicative, very responsive to questions, good follow-up re: voicemail, and doing neat, clean work.
We decided to leverage Gingrich Horticulture for yard/landscaping care. While yard maintenance and care can be done by us as homeowners and our gardener, we wanted to ensure our landscaping investment was just that - an investment that favorably pays back eye pleasing results. I asked Oakland Hills Brush Clearing to come out to give an estimate on getting rid of a lot of poison oak encroaching near our house, and they recommended we have J Spray come out to spray the poison oak beforehand to reduce the risk for the workers (and reduce the overall cost).Dan came out and was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, realistic, and transparent. UPDATE TWO MONTHS LATER:Stunningly stinky. Started only one month after install. Literally breathtaking. Been working with PG for a month to get it under control and learned the install was done without proper drainage (was told they didn't have the drainage items then, but now they do. Not sure why it was allowed to be installed without). Am being sent additional quote for "drainage tiles and labor" for uninstall and proper reinstall... stay tuned for a full review. As it stands, deck is unusable and my doors/windows and neighbors doors/windows have to stay closed. For reference, we have one small dog and one medium. Looking forward to being able to double down on original glowing recommendation soon, as all of the people are very nice, but the issue is still unresolved.--------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:We needed a place for the dogs to play (and stuff) that could withstand the coastal elements as well as the pet factor (this is real, folks... don't just lay Wayfare grass and call it a day. I did that and once the temp reached 60 or above, you could really smell what was goin' on, not gonna lie). Drake listened to our needs, made sure we got the best products for our, uh, "situation", (which included sand and deodorizing things that if you have pets, cannot be skimped upon) came out within days of our call, and had it installed within the week. I feel like our house just expanded 300 square feet to a more indoor/outdoor vibe, and we all spend so much more time out on the deck smelling nothing but the ocean breezes. A big win, and Drake is the best! I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for another install, should we choose to expand to the back one day. Another big positive is that if there were any odor issues later, they'll come replace it for free. That's a pretty sweet smelling guarantee.

Rarely do you provide a review that describes great service from start to finish. Nelzon and Arborland get such a review. The process of setting up the initial visit was easy. Nelzon was on time and the process of getting a quote was professional with no heavy sales approach. On the day of the tree trim, the entire crew was on time and very careful to evaluate the home to both protect our property and maintain their safety. They did an outstanding job trimming a very large Elm. A perfect tree haircut. In addition, I threw the team a curve ball and asked if they could trim another tree we had not discussed previously. Nelzon not only agreed, but he had to have one of his team drive his his big truck back to Martinez and swap it for another big truck appropriate to cut the extra tree (needed a special aerial basket). He did it all with a great attitude! The clean-up was meticulous. Just a great group of guys. I would highly recommend Arborland. Great value and a joy to work with.

Unlike some dentists, Dr. Burke makes you, the patient, a partner in your care. She fully explains any problems and gives insightful recommendations for both routine care and problems. She fully explains treatment options. She also has a great demeanor. My hygienist, Christine, is outstanding as well. She is thorough, knowledgable, and she also has a great demeanor. Dr. Todd Loftin has been very responsive to my dental needs. With denture repairs, timing is of the essence so the patient may go on with normal activities as soon as possible. Whenever I have denture issues I would be seen as soon as Dr. Loftin can squeeze me in his schedule, then repair decision is made and the lab is contacted for scheduling. Dr. Loftin always makes sure of the shortest possible wait time for the patient. I love my denture fit as Dr. Loftin takes all the necessary steps to ensure the best looking smile and the most comfortable fit. I love the teeth cleaning and dental exam visits as it's very comfortable, very thorough. I feel confident that should there be any issues to be addressed they would be addressed in a timely manner and not delayed, hence, condition worsened. The Loftin Dental staff are friendly and always have a smile regardless whether they attend to you or not. I hope to have Dr Todd Loftin as my dentist till like forever.

This review is for Dr Rachel Callaway and her team- wow! They are the greatest. I drive all the way from Oakland to Clayton just to see them. My family had been with Dr Becker since 1993, and Dr Rachel took over the practice when he retired several years ago. He chose the absolute best person he could have- agreed by my whole family, now very much in different phases of our lives. As someone who is sometimes somewhat terrified of dental work, she and her team are that perfect combination of soothing, skilled, professional, and kind. Linda has been our hygienist all these years and we are so lucky to be in her hands- she has that gentle confidence and skill of having done this a long time. When she has not been there, the other hygienists have been fabulous too. A well-oiled machine. To be able to trust dental care is just tremendous. I can't thank them enough.

The pandemic and a change in health care plans led to my longest stretch without seeing a dentist (over four years). Also, the original dental clinic, which will go unmentioned, selected by my new insurance, based on its Yelp! (and Google) reviews made it unappealing, not to mention other local offices within my plan. Fortunately, being allowed options, eventually that led me to Willow Pass Dental Care, and while overdue, was worth the wait. My initial experience went well and stress-free, from my first call to the office, when an appointment was available the very next morning, to the reception desk to fill out the obligatory forms, continuing smoothly with Gina, the hygienist who took several X-rays then went right into the cleaning, even explaining some of the instruments she'd use. I was then introduced to Dr. Khan, after his examination, explained the need for a partial crown procedure and attended to a soreness I'd been experiencing. Was then led to a small conference room for privacy purposes to discuss the next appointments with one of the receptionists, who printed out an itemized cost. Returned the following week for the partial crown and everything continued to go well there. Was never rushed, even asked by Dr. Khan's assistance if I needed water (they provide a small bottled one) and Dr. Khan, himself, if I ever needed a break and what to expect after the procedure. A proper tone of professionalism, caring and calm is set from the moment you step in (there's no "upsell" of unnecessary "premium" treatments). Hope to stay with them for a long while and will be back in 6 months (received a follow-up call the next day to ask how I was doing, too, though sorry I missed it. So far, all's good!).

Dr. Pedretti is by far the best chiropractor you will ever find. This man is amazing! He is very kind and compassionate and genuinely cares about helping his patients. I have 4 degenerated discs in my neck and back from a horrible motorcycle accident many years ago. I tried a bunch of quack chiropractors before and they only made my pain worse with the cracking stuff, so I was put off and lived with chronic pain for years. After I observed Dr. Pedretti's treatment of my wife's carpal tunnel, i was blown away by how gentle and effective his treatments were. He uses an activator tool to make adjustments which is like a spring loaded pen that can adjust bones without any cracking or pain. So I went in for my first treatment the other day. After about 15 minutes, it was done. Very gentle. I was skeptical. When I walked out, for the first time in many years I walked without a limp and my body felt square and solid and the pain in my body was totally gone! When I got home it was a bit sore but nothing a heat pack and some ice couldn't handle. So, in short, I can't wait to go back for my next adjustment! He charges $65 per visit after the initial consultation of $120. Very reasonable. Dr. Pedretti is a GENIUS! He has so much experience. Give him a try, you will jot be disappointed. He is, hands down, the BEST!
Jennifer is the best chiropractor I've seen (and I've seen a lot of chiropractors). She is kind, knowledgeable, and really good at what she does. She was the only chiropractor to tell me what was causing my pain and how to avoid it. I am forever grateful and would not consider going to anyone else.
Hands down best experience I've had with a Chiropractor and I've been to many different ones prior. Professional, friendly, and the level of transparency he had with me was beyond impressive. Didn't feel rushed or pressured which is super important to me. Oh of course and on top of that he did an amazing job with my adjustments and was very accommodating with some of my insurance coverage concerns, the exact opposite experience of some of the Chiropractors I've been trying to deal with lately(I have been searching for a few weeks now). Highly HIGHLY recommend. Front desk staff is also so sweet. 10/10

I would give them 100 stars if I could! It was a painful decision to put our first baby to sleep. It was hard for us and my toddler. But they were great from the beginning. While other company pushing me to commit the appointment when I was struggling what's the best for my cat. Restful paws was being so kind with they soft tones and told me it's ok to cancel on the day of if I can't let go. I did keep my appointment but it comforts me and release the pressure when they told me I have the option to change my mind on the day It was a super hot day. Doctor was so patience to wait for us saying goodbye to our boy and prepare everything professionally. Even offer something to help my toddler feels better. She gave us space and time to have a proper ceremony for our cat when she was standing there with us under the heat wave. I can't say enough thank you for that. It took me couple months before I can write this review but I'm grateful for their help and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to help our sweet boy passing smoothly and peacefully

We needed to prepare our move to Hawaii and transferring our dog to this state has so many requirements. The staff and Dr.K was prepared with the forms, familiar with the vaccinations, blood tests and timelines. They lessened the stress and helped us tremendously with the transition to keep our dog from going into a long quarantine if the requirements were not met. Dr. Aparicio and staff are great. She doesn't rush through the appointment like most other vets, whether we're there with our 2 dogs for annuals or for a health issue. Sometimes we wait longer than normal but it's ok because I know she's taking the time with other patients that she gives us. I like her honesty-our dogs are our children and as dog parents we need to be reminded they have different needs than humans. She's also very knowledgeable and even helps out with zoos. I love that they will call the drug reps to ask about proper dosages for my tiny rescue and that she will pull out a book now and again to double check something like the compounds, breed, and health issues. It's reassuring that someone is making sure they didn't miss something. There's never unnecessary testing (we have insurance for our dogs so I know I'll get reimbursed) and we can always count on a thorough explanation of what's going on. We're always allowed to stay in the room to help calm them too which I love. This vet has been practicing for many years and between her and the staff you can tell by how they treat the animals. They really love them, care about what they do, and want the best for them. You can tell a LOT about people by how they treat animals. Thanks Dr. Aparicio and team CVPH!
My dog junta is a german shepard 7 yrs old now and has been under the care of alpine veterinary hospital since 4 months of age ,unfortunately shes had a number of issues in her short life but thanks to the care of this facility she has been well taken care of ,the staff is awesome and amazing dr. burke has been a blessing to my dawg and my family accommodating us numerous times i can't thank him and the great staff of this facility enough, so i hope this testimonial helps someone out their who needs great care for their furry friends ? ?
I must say having to put my sweet boy down, the staff was so Compassionate. We had our appointment 30 min before they closed and quickly realized there was nothing we could do to save our sweet baby. They told us to take as much time before and after. They didn't rush us and we took 2.5 hours after they closed. They never tried to rush us. They even help with the payment. They took what we paid for the vet visit and took it off the price to put him down. I was so thankful that they loved him with us to the end. I went here one other time when he was healthy and they where so sweet with him then too. I don't remember anyone's names. Too sad. But I just want to tell the staff that we there to help my Juno, thank you!
I'm hoping that anyone who is considering taking their pet here do not. I only gave 5 stars so this gets seen but I wouldn't give any stars. I made an appointment when my cat had an abcess on the back of his neck from a cat fight and i only went there because my mom would take our dog years ago and i got an appointment for next day plus I wanted a second opinion if the wound might need to be drained or not but at the very least i needed to get an antibiotics prescription. Anyways, we arrived and we were the only ones there so my mom and I sat in the chairs facing the room they brought my cat they left the door open so I'm looking directly at them,the Dr and his receptionist, (I think only 2 people work there man and woman) and he has one side of the carrier unzipped and is trying to shake my cat out onto the table but he's obviously holding on (btw the carrier unzipped on top and both sides) and he reached in the carrier grabbing my cat by the abcess on the back of his neck and dragging him out I'm not even joking he told the receptionist to help him by holding the carrier down still my cat was meowing loud and holding on for dear life terrified. My mom and I both can't believe what is happening I started yelling stop! you're having him by his abcess you're hurting him and it's like they forgot we were right there until I yelled out but they apparently didn't see anything wrong because he kept trying to pull him out and I started crying and I told my mom to get my cat I stepped out front because I was pissed off I didn't want to hurt someone and then they told me to come in and apologized but denied they were hurting my cat and that yanking him was causing him pain, didn't even offer pain medication, my cat was trembling that was the first time he's ever trembled. I felt guilty and couldn't stop crying because I brought him there.
Amazing can't wait until the next time not overpriced, the groomers were very nice and very respectful. That was one thing that And Ann looked out for my dog special needs. I can't believe they came out.

I was hesitant to take my 5month old puppy to the groomers since he won't stop barking at strangers. Stella was able to accommodate my ZenZen the same day we called and requested for a full service groom! (online booking showed availability for next week) It took 3 1/2 hrs to do, but soo worth it! Lisa is the best! Truly one of a kind and knows how to heal all sorts of issues including tendinitis, back pain, inflammation of the joints. My mom comes here weekly and I come whenever I am in town! If you have any sort of pain in your body, I promise Lisa can fix it!

He is insightful, knowledgeable, and passionate, and he really gets to know you and what your needs are. You will not get an "industry standard" massage, unless that is what you want! Had an amazing experience getting my prenatal massages through the course of my pregnancy here. Sylvia is so amazing and very empathetic. Her massages were so relaxing and something I would look forward to every month! Literally would fall asleep and the most restful I would feel post the session. Everything is great here so far. I came with a shoulder/upper arm injury that hadn't improved in 7 months of trying to rest it. After a couple sessions and my home exercises, there is little pain and a far greater range of motion. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Betsy was able to tell that the shoulder is the problem although I came in complaining about the arm.
Office staff is pleasant and caring.. I have seen Ada the therapist for treatment on different occasions. She is very thorough & patient and works with you to achieve your desired results & goal. She is very hands on and very encouraging and gets results.. She has brought me out of pain and has guided me in becoming pain free…. “Magic fingers Ada “ …. My daughter used this company for her driving lessons. Kandice was great at helping us out as our schedule is pretty hectic. I felt bad but she was patient with finding us dates and times that worked for us. We had nick as our instructor. My daughter felt very comfortable with him, she learned a lot and ended up passing her test on the 1st attempt!!
