I can always find what I need. They need to clean the outside. Trash ever where and smells like urine. I'm not sure if it's their responsibility or property owners. But, whoever responsibility it is, needs to do better. Yes, it is in the hood. But that does mean people in the hood do not deserve nice things or clean appearance.
