Malpractice at its finest. This so called Chiropractor came into my mother's room, told her to lay on her stomach with a torn meniscus as my mom was trying to explain that she was just there for her knee and foot, Oh left the room and came back with my mother's chart, recognizing that he was going for the wrong body part, her back when it should have been her knee and foot! What Doctor does this (many) I assume! He then told her to lie on her back. My mom, who is older and using a walker had to now take her time and get onto her back. My mother also said that Oh wad aggressively sticking in Needles and she could feel the pain, at the end of the session, he saw that my mother did not sign out. He began to yell at my mother as she was getting to the counter with the walker in front of other patients in the waiting room and continued to yell and raise his voice with aggression, that she had to sign out on the clipboard. Oh then tossed the clipboard and pen and my mother left without signing and felt so violated, she didn't know what to do and began crying in the elevator. How dare this man yell at my mother and treat her the way he did! This type of malpractice is grounds for termination of ones license and a nice lawsuit! Stay away from this insensitive JERK!
If I could rate lower I would. The receptionist Jessica who they also have as the therapist or idk what her occupation is but they need to give her one role because she seemed stressed out. Either way she was really rude, had the worst energy ever. If she doesn’t wanna work there and deal with injured people she shouldn’t be there. People are already dealing with a lot just to enter a facility and receive the worst service in which the people are paying for. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Go somewhere that’s for the people!
This is my first experience with accupuncture. After the first visit for Morton's neuroma, I had relief in my right foot right away. And I was able to sleep so much better. The stress in my body was being relieved! I have had 5 visits. I wish I had done this while I was working. Now that I am retired I will continue accupuncture for my health and well being. It is so worth it! I am thankful that it is in my neighborhood, Very affordable! Clean. Very Professional and caring. I love it!
