Let the Buyer Beware!!!! While I truly love the quality of the cabinets purchased from Cabinets To Go, design errors and a lack of overall professionalism, have left me wishing that I had not chosen company. During our initial visit, we were assigned to a new designer. The store manager, Erika assured us that she would review every detail of the design. When our cabinets arrived, we discovered that the bathroom design was missing two cabinets. To make things worse, the kitchen measurements were off for a small portion of the kitchen, which required additional changes. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen! We went to the Commerce store a few times to make all our decisions and Trent was super helpful and accommodating to our indecisiveness. He answered all our questions with no pressure to upgrade if we weren't sure but was very helpful in suggesting new/alternate design options. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful and we have already gotten many compliments about them. We had a couple doors arrive slightly scuffed and Cabinets to Go was extremely easy to deal with and quickly sent new replacements for everything we asked for! I ordered the Worthington white cabinets. These cabinets are now supposed to come with soft close hinges standard. I received my cabinets, my contractor assembled everything only to find out the incorrect hinges were shipped. I called customer service and was told I needed to send a picture of each one of the incorrect hinges for the file or they would not fix the issue. That is over 50 pictures of just 2 different products. Now I have to pay my contractor to take everything back apart and put the correct hinges back together after I wait 2 weeks for them to ship the hinges as they refuse to expedite shipping to the jobsite.
