I USUALLY HAVE A BAD TUME WITH PEOPLE TRYING TO HELP ME WITH APPOINTMENTS FOR MYSELF AND MY FOUR CHILDREN I SPOKE THIS MORNING TO RAUL FOR MY OPTOMETRIST APPOINTMENT AND ALSO DENTIST APPOINTMNET HE ASKED POLITLEY FOR ALL QUESTIONS HELPED FOR OTHER APPOINTMENTS IM REALLY THANKFUL MR RAUL HELPED ME EITH ALL THE APPOINTMENTS THANK YOU I REALLY RECMMENd COMING TO THIS CLINIC AND MAKING YOUR HEALTH A PRIORITY

They give you a date for appointments and then they themselves cancel them as if you don't have enough time. They also cancel your appointments as if they owned our time. A terrible online service and for appointments if the doctor is not competent to get someone else to do a job because in reality this is not free we are using our Medical so that they can have a job be aware it is not the same as being sick or sitting alone in a chair waiting for a check

Bad service so far. I made my first Tele appt with them. They never called, but entered notes saying they did. I don't have any missed calls. They rescheduled for a few hours later. Still no call. I gave them a 2 because I've had to call at least 5 times so far, but each time they did answer the phone in a timely manner, and they were courteous, except for asking if I would hold please, then cutting me off in mid sentence by placing me on hold. In all. The service is very bad.
