This is a late post. But Rafael came out on 9/20/24 to help with towing my car. I had to push my car out of the parking lot into an area where it could be towed. When he arrived he was unable to make it through the back entrance to the parking structure because of how it was laid out. He then went to the opposite side to get in and it worked. After getting the car on the bed, the straps he had was not working correctly so it took him longer to safe hook the car to the bed. Eventually we were able to make it home and he assisted me to push my car up the driveway. With no questions asked he volunteered to help. Great and fast service, completed in no more than 10 min and also didn’t have to wait that long for Anthony to arrive, about 5 min after I placed call to AAA, he was very helpful and efficient, after helping me with my battery problems he explained that it was very important to replace it as it could continue to cause me issues (kind of old battery) .

My experience with The Flag Towing through AAA was very positive. Jonah was on time, efficient, and great to talk to on our long drive to my mechanic back home. Based off this experience I would definitely recommend this towing company to anyone. Thanks again to Jonah and The Flag Towing for getting my car home safe. 10/10 service
