A fantastic place to see a real, authentic pioneer cemetery. San Bernardino was one of the original California settlements back in the day and, for a time, the largest city between the pueblo of Los Angeles and St. Louis. It was a big, booming city and along the banks of the Santa Ana River was an original settlement even before San Bernardino. The history is fabulous, but the land... There was a lot of bad stuff that went on out there during the Wild West days and you can feel that when you visit. But back... read full review

Great place to see history. They have a small museum that talks about the two communities it served, Agua Mansa and La Placita de los Trujillos. It mentions the flood of 1862 and it talks about the community members. They have a grave map if you want to look for a specific person.

Read on google maps about this and found it on here on satellite and decided to come the next day! We had an awesome time here it’s so peaceful and so much history! Many many antiquated names from back in the day which now a days are very rare. The museum was closed but we will go back to visit. The Trujillo adobe is only 6 minutes away from here but was also closed by the time we drove there. It says they charge $5 for the cemetery but no one ever came out. I will add all 87 pictures to the google maps, I totally recommend you all to visit: it’s lonely but if u know about history and know how to appreciate it, then you will enjoy this place.
