“I have been to Alyssa for four different piercings now (double helix, faux rook, & stacked lobe) and will continue to go back for all my piercings needs and wants! I have always been hesitant of getting piercings at a tattoo shop out of intimidation. However, once I stumbled across Alyssa's Beauty Bar around a year ago and instantly made an appointment with for my first piercing with her. When it came time for my appointment I was greeted by Alyssa's warm and bubbly enjoy and her clean, aesthetic studio. Alyssa made me feel welcome right away, answered all of my questions, made the piercing go quick and painless (as painless as it could be), and provided me with an after care kit. Shout out to Brook who is so professional and excellent at what she does. She was kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. “I went in July 7 for a last minute appointment, my original artist who has done great work for my husband was unavailable. I was told Emelie would take care of me and I’m so glad she was my artist! She listened to everything I wanted, made adjustments on the tattoo when I asked such as resizing or adding different graphics.

I was so nervous about the pain but honestly while it did hurt it wasn’t anywhere near what I imagined. Emelie took care of me before, during, and after the tattoo making sure I understood every step of post care. It was quick but done very well. Definitely coming back if/when I get that itch again ? “Great service! My mom, aunt and I went in on a Saturday, late afternoon and were immediately greeted by the staff. Shareef was the piercer, he was so nice, made us feel very comfortable, had great conversations and told us the piercings weren't going to hurt. He was right! He did a great job! I got my flat pierced, my mom and aunt got their tragus and conch pierced. We had NO complications, days later we all feel great, and are all very please with the service we received. “Frank was recommended to me by my granddaughter after he did a gorgeous sunflower on her upper arm. I loved all the detail in his work so I decided to give him a call. From the moment I met Frank he was so friendly. We talked for quite awhile about what I wanted before he printed the picture and started drawing. He's not heavy handed at all so that was nice. His shading added so much depth to the picture. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!“

“I was so nervous to get my second ear piercing (yes I'm a wimp), I almost backed out at the last minute. But when my husband and I came in, Sergio greeted us and was so kind and helpful I started to feel better. Eduardo did the piercing and was so patient when I couldn't decide on the placement. “Alex J is a super cool and experienced tattoo artist. He has done both of my husband's Japanese theme sleeves and is working on my back tattoo.“

“I've been coming to German for almost 2 years for my side piece. I have a really big colored snake with flowers on the side of my leg and he's about an hour drive away, so I can't go consistently. Everytime I come over for my tattoo session I'm treated like a friend by everyone at the shop. The shop has more of a family vibe and he works along side his wife who does tattoo removals and tooth gems.
German is so talented his artwork looks like he airbrushed it on. He mostly works with black and Grey tattoos, but I really wanted color and am amazed at how it's coming along. He is so clean, completely covers the chair and disinfect so everything right after.
Deposits are required to make appointments and he takes his time I making sure everything comes out smooth.
Aside from the talent, the shop has super cool horror flash designs on the walls and there's easy parking in the front.
