I encourage you to send your complaints to Bishop Rojas. It's a fairly nice cemetery, I will be buried here someday, seeing as it's the only Catholic cemetery in the IE. However, the service and maintenance here are frustratingly bad. The office people are very rude, especially the black lady at the front desk (try her). The "counselors" are salespeople who dont show care. I've dealt with two of them and two managers. These people should not be working customer service jobs. Also, you would never know it's a Catholic cemetery by walking into the office or talking to the employees. Tremendous shame.

The establishment is beautiful had a great service, however I can’t stand how they will literally throw away all flowers and any decor you put for your loved ones. They claim they clean every Wednesday which is fine. If you go and put fresh flowers let’s say on a Tuesday they don’t care they WILL throw away everything. I can understand they don’t want dead flowers and weekly maintenance does keep the place clean. However they discourage guest in taking anything for their loved ones. No sympathy no respect from maintenance crew. How can they not tell those flowers were fresh and new…..and good luck going to office and complaining you will not receive any answers.

We laid my father to rest here and we are very pleased with their service. After 5 years we are still very pleased with their service. In specific we appreciate Carlos in the maintenance area. Our father's stone needed extra care and he was very helpful and caring. Thank you Carlos.
