My family and I recently experienced an unexpected death it was devastating and felt surreal, but the young lady that assisted us guided us throughout the entire process Made such a horrible experience, tolerable We were recommended to Montecito through friends that had used them previously I am very grateful to all the staff for their compassion and kindness In particular, Hilda and the cemetery workers for all of their hard work, and everything they do.
I would like to acknowledge Yadira Diaz for great attentiveness, compassion during such a difficult time. Her professionalism was beyond expectations. Thank you to the staff at Montecito.
Almost everyone was very nice during During a challenging time of laying my father-in-law to rest at Montecito, we encountered a mix of experiences with the staff. While most were kind and supportive, unfortunately, our interactions with Hilda were less than satisfactory. Hilda appeared to rush us through important decisions and was not particularly helpful when we sought guidance. It was disheartening to constantly hear "no" to our queries, such as when we requested an extension for uploading photos. She was always unavailable and thankfully because when we had issues uploading photos someone else helped and gave us an extension 2 times without any hesitation.
