Seriously, if I could give them 0 stars, I would give them because in reality they are incompetent people. I don't know how the government gives them a license to open those kinds of clinics. They never have anything. The prescription is never taken. They don't care. They play with people's time. pharmacies try to call them, they do not answer, one of the clients calls them, they do not answer, they do not return the call, they are only there to collect money from the doctor or the bill from the clients. For that, they are ready and good, but to help them with the medications. and recipes and prescriptions take days

Was left on hold and no one ever came back to assist! Don’t call places like this. If they take long answering your call most likely they are short staff and the wait is ridiculous.

This review is kind of old, but still necessary as it reflects on the staff. I came to this clinic my senior year of High school for preventive services, and since then I have not had as bad as an experience as I did here! First, the wait was ridiculous for birth control, about 2+ hours. Second, I had my first pap here and when the m.a put me in the room, all she said was to get undressed from the bottom. She offered no explication as to how to cover myself or anything. Since I had to clue what to do, I stood up covering myself with the sheet. The doctor came in and was shocked that I was standing up! Lol well what do you expect no one told me what to do..she left the room and came back in after I sat on the ob. Chair. As if that wasnt bad enough, I heard one of the staff members talk about me, saying " the little girl is in that room"..ahem..I AM a patient regardless of age and it is extremely rude to refer to me other as a patient. I really hope those unprofessional staff members are no longer there..
