“Took a small (3x5?) Persian rug in after my German Shepherd "christened" it. Found the problem hours after it occurred, called these guys and took it in. “I had a different company, recommended by a local plumber, who came out and told me I had thousands of dollars worth of damage, mold, and would have to have another company come out and do reconstructive work once they were done because they would have to pull out cabinets and sinks and make big holes in the walls. They even offered to falsify documents to my home owners insurance company. Once they did that, I knew they were not trustworthy, and refused their service. That is when I called Lou Gil at 411 Restoration. I asked if he could come look at my house and give me an estimate for the work needing to be done. He came out right away and was immediately able to tell me that my situation was not what the other company explained it to be, still urgent, but not the massive undertaking that the other company described, no mold, just water. He was able to bring in a crew quickly and began drying out my house right away. He is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He communicated what would happen and followed through. “I’m not one to write a ton of reviews but was compelled to take out a few minutes to commend Imagine for EVERYTHING they did for me and my family. No one wants to need this service but when the unexpected emergency occurs requiring you to file a claim, you want an expert in your corner that will be able to guide you through the process from remediation to rebuild. Understands the insurance process and will fight to make you whole. Best decision I made was calling Manny and his team of experts to be that for us. My only regret was not calling them from the start as we had a horrible start with remediation from another company that required his team to have to come behind and properly dry.

And from a contruction standpoint they have over 30 yrs of experience. Steve (project manager) prides himself on “doing the job right” and not cutting any corners.

I can honestly say our home is in a far better place than what it was prior to our water damage claim. Can’t recommend and praise these guys enough for that!“
