“Highly recommend Diaz Painting. We co-own a property in Twin Peaks. Got 3 quotes for painting the exterior and decks. They quoted less than half what our highest bid came in at. They did a beautiful job. They arrived when they said they would, they respond immediately to questions, and returned to fix some very minor issues afterwards, even after being paid the job in full. This is a company that is making a good living offering a fair price and not trying to take advantage of folks. Very much appreciated in today's rip off climate.“

Unfortunately, the proposed cost exceeded our planned budget but David Kain proposed an alternative-- a patio with paving stones--which we didn't even think about. He showed us various pictures of work done by their company for other projects and we eventually agreed on the materials, labor, and pricing. “Just had my house painted by American Made. It was a five day job, and that was fine by me. You can have a quick and shoddy job done, or you can have your job done the careful and detailed way American Made does it. This paint job was the 2nd time Patrick and Gustavo came out to make the outside of my house look new. The first time my eaves were painted. The second time everything else. Those kids are nearly grown now, and our needs and tastes have changed a lot. So a year ago we called Ruthie, seeking help. Over the next year, she and Chet were frequent visitors to our house, taking measurements, showing us mockups, and advocating for her ideas (while ultimately respecting our sense of style - and our decisions). Our house is very small, and every square inch counts. So she designed an entertainment center in the corner of the room, with most of the electronics hidden behind new drawers that come out of the wall. She redesigned an existing closet that we barely used because the door swung out so far into the room, it bumped into our couch. Now we have this super-clever low profile closet that’s higher and wider than the original – way more usable storage space. She recommended several new pieces of furniture, too, which are now sitting in our great room, simultaneously more comfortable, attractive, and space-economical. In short, the room really is more pleasant and usable now, and it looks so much better too. This was all due to Ruthie. She worked very hard on this project, searching magazines, the internet and trade shows to find us the perfect chair or the ideal closet hinge. This was not an easy job – our house has a lot of custom construction, our walls are all tongue-in-groove paneling that is very hard to find (she found someone who could custom-mill it). But she saw us through to the other side, and we are very pleased with the result. We got to know her (and her subcontractors) very well in the process, and we’ve got an excellent relationship (that’s not nothing – the whole renovation took over a year). Did I mention she doesn’t even specialize in living rooms? Apparently bathrooms are her niche! Well she definitely knew her stuff. I highly recommend her. She will work and work and work for you, and your house will show it.“
