I called in worried about my severe bronchitis and the front desk lady [Jennifer] was very helpful, professional and friendly. She was able to help direct me to their telemed services. It saved me an in person visit and helped me get my concerns addressed asap. I will be referring them to everyone I know for their outstanding care.

The receptionist here needs training. The one on the left was rude for no reason. Seemed like she was trying to prove her authority in her receptionist position. They took a call and spoke about that client and made remarks of how dumb the question was in front of people waiting. Very unprofessional, they seem to pick and choose who they'd like to be nice to. Staff inside were great. Only thing bringing down your ratings is your receptionist honestly. They should make people feel welcome not as if they are being a nuisance. Management should consider rehiring or supervising. Possibly remind them that it's their job and they shouldn't get annoyed in front... read full review

I haven't been to a Dr. in 15 years. Had a repository issue for over 3 months. Was very sick. Tried Loma Linda, it looked like a Third world triage center, totally packed. Left. Colton Urgent Care had me discharge in 25 minutes, easy. This place is awesome and Im recovered
