Oscar G. Came to our house and fixed our A/C. He cleaned the outside unit and leveled out the part outside the house that was not leveled and water was building up and shutting off our A/C. He educated us on maintenance and what we had been doing incorrectly. I signed up for the membership where they check on your unit throughout the year.
