Either the lashes were too thick, fell out unevenly, and/or grew out with painful tugging sensations. Almost always I would leave some salons with red, watering eyes. Not anymore and hence my dedication to this place. Yen takes her time, doesn't rush, and I never notice the quality changes. She consistently does an excellent job. Prices are completely reasonable. The area has some street parking in the neighborhood back behind the building as well as by the grocery store . Building seemed clean and the room was prepped and ready on time .
