I don't usually write reviews, but Dolly Effect in Colma is too exceptional not to. The staff are so kind, so professional, so helpful, so friendly. The service is gentle and the results are beautiful. My lashes look beautiful almost a month later and I get many compliments. The staff takes the necessary Covid protocols and the office is clean and sanitary. I'm so glad I happened to find Dolly Effect. I will never have my lash extensions done at any other place. I highly recommend Dolly Effect as you will not be disappointed
I visited Dolly Effect's Colma location and was thoroughly impressed. I have been to both San Mateo and San Bruno locations and just like the other visits, this one did not disappoint! The location itself was spotless, reflecting their commitment to hygiene. They had two stories and I was lashed upstairs. The service itself was quick yet thorough, with minimal wait time. The technicians and front desk staff were knowledgeable, providing expert advice and delivering stunning lash extensions with precision.
