A very easy and straightforward process to set up arrangements through their website and when speaking with staff. A good value. Extremely kind and respectful staff. Entire process was seamless, discrete and compassionate. I like that they didn't complicate things or apply any pressure. They made a very difficult time more comforting and took the worry out of what could be a complicated and expensive process. Golden Hill Monument was recommended to me so I made an appointment to meet with Henry. I found that he was very knowledgeable on the Chinese characters etched on the gravestone when my father passed away many years ago. He made suggestions and we took the e one that made it consistent with the characters etched for my father. We were also very satisfied with remaining services performed on the reconditioning of the gravestone. Happy with the work performed and would highly recommend them!

We had my mom's funeral services here in 2023. I as well as my guests were very impressed with the quality of the funeral service. They even provided snacks and drinks for our guests while they were waiting for the service to begin. All of the funeral staff members that assisted with the service were attentive to our needs. We chose the full package which was well worth the price for how well the service was executed. My guests said it was unlike any funeral they've attended. Thank you Golden Hill Funeral Home.

Was in to buy shampoo and met Rose who went above and beyond to help me. I didnt know they have a salon and she rushed to do my hair since I was wishing I could have done it before an event that night. She did a great highlight and really knows her cuts. She just moved from LA and has been doing hair for a long time - highly recmd! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful!

I went to Holy Cross Cemetery to visit a very dear friend whose funeral I missed. He was interned in the mausoleum. After searching for over 30 minutes, I was unable to locate him. Luckily I stumbled across Luis, one of the groundkeeper. Showing him the location where my friend is interned, Luis confirmed All Saints Mausoleum was in another location in the cemetary. Luis personally took me to All Saints; furthermore, he went into the mausoleum to help locate my friend. Without Luis' help, there was no way I could have personally find my friend. Luis' kindness and help certainly made my day. Thank you, Luis!
Bought a CT5-V Blackwing elsewhere and there was a recall software update. After an 80 mile drive on a Saturday half of the electrical components failed along with some indicator lights.
Brought it in to Cadillac of South San Francsco 10 min after service dept. closed on Saturday. Salesman Caleb contacted service rep Alek Karras who took command and put my concerns to rest. At 8am Monday morning car was reprogramed and ready to go. Complements to Caleb, Alek and service manager Gary for excellant customer sevice.
The older lady named Mary that works at Colma and at Spruce is the light of the office. Dr. B. is very skilled and compassionate.

Had an excellent experience with Levy. If you need any service for your Infiniti I would seek out Levy as your service rep when you come here. He was highly communicative and took me through all the options in very plain language which is not always the case with dealerships and garages. +++
