They take the time to understand clients' needs and design pools and outdoor spaces that fit perfectly. Weekly updates keep clients informed throughout the process. The staff is amazing and always there for questions, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The team, including Jeff, Mike, Kat, and Stephanie, is known for their professionalism and clear communication. Despite some issues with landscaping in the past, the company has been responsible and quick to make things right. Overall, Vineyard Pools is a reliable choice for those looking for a successful pool installation and a pleasant experience.
