Consultation: I received a ton of information regarding the treatment prior to my appointment. When I finally met with Sophia, she was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and was very honest about my skin condition and the appropriate treatment for my concerns.

Procedure: She made me feel comfortable and talked me through each step of the process. It was painless and a relaxing experience!

Healing: I was red and numb right after my treatment. The next day I still had some pink discoloration but minimal discomfort/irritation. The 3rd day, my skin looked a little darker like a slight sunburn. That same night I started peeling around my nose, mouth, and chin area. I'm going into day 6 and theres still some dryness and peeling around my nose, mouth, and chin area. Overall, my skin looks almost completely healed.

She was honest with me and informed me prior to my treatment that I need a minimum of 3 treatments for noticeable results. However, I already notice the texture of my skin had shown some improvements (which is so hard to show in pictures!). My skin looks and feels more hydrated ❤️. I will definitely be returning.“
