I've had to repair it nearly every year by other companies, none of which suggested a replacement or that it wasn't the correct model for my home.Replacing a unit isn't cheap. He offered to review my whole system and reported that everything was outdated and inefficient.I went with his recommendations and replaced my whole system with energy efficient products, including updated ducting.I am very satisfied with his service and recommendations. I didn't know my home could be 68 degrees while it's over 100+ outside.My old system kept it at 78-80 degrees running all day.Vartan is very honest and professional.
