My 2 year old son had his 1st haircut when he was 1 year old. It was a nightmare and the haircut turned out awful! I had taken him to a place a lot of friends recommended. A month after he turned 2, we really needed to cut his hair, it was starting to look shaggy! So this time around I did my own research & I came across Cesar. He was in the Top 10 kids haircuts on Yelp. I looked through his Instagram feed and read reviews. So we decided to give him a try after reading he is very patient! We 10/10 recommend! He put on my son's favorite show Mickey Mouse! He was very patient, didn't rush and he moved around him carefully to not scare him. His whole environment was calm & chill. Already looking to book another haircut & looking forward to having my sweet little boy's shaggy hair cleaned up again!
Ceasar is an amazing barber/stylist for any and all ages! I've been getting my haircut from Ceasar for the past half year and I will never go to anyone else. Not only can he give you a great fade, but he'll cut/trim the top of your head/hair and style it like you're in a salon! 2 in 1! My 2 yo son, has been getting his haircut from a well-known children's haircut business in north Clovis since he was 1 yo. I dreaded bringing him there, because my son would never sit still and slide around their loose booster seats, he would cry, and flail all the time, making it VERY difficult to cut his hair, even with CocoMelon on TV. I would have to hold his shoulders while the stylist firmly held his head just to give him a 10-15 minute MEDIOCRE haircut. Horrible experience and just the anxiety of bringing him to another barber to cut his hair weighed heavily on me. But I gave Ceasar a shot, knowing the quality of haircut he gives. I will never have another person other than Ceasar cut my son's hair again! My son sat on the chair with a booster seat for 45 minutes straight without crying, flailing, and with little to no frustrations. Put CocoMelon on TV, gave him his favorite snacks, gave him his favorite thing to do which is reading his book, and Ceasar did the rest! Ceasar was patient, took his time, and worked with my son's movement/behavior. Best of all, Ceasar nor I had to hold my son's head or shoulders! Worth EVERY dollar for the quality of haircut, peace of mind, and experience!Piece of advise for parents with fussy children: bring a booster seat that can be anchored down to the barber seat to safely secure your child from moving/sliding around, bring their favorite snacks and toy/book to entertain them, while watching their favorite show. Trust me, it'll make your life and your child's life so much easier. Ceasar will take care of the rest. I highly recommend Ceasar to cut/style anyone's hair!
Heard about Ceasar through one of the parents in my sons preschool class. My almost 4-year-old is autistic and is typically sensory-seeking EXCEPT for haircuts. Something about haircuts throws him into a full meltdown which is so unlike him. Could be the scissors, could be the clippers, the hair on his neck, not sure. Anyway, Ceasar did his best while my son was screaming, crying, and throwing himself all over the place while his dad and I tried to keep him still. Despite all the chaos, Ceasar did a GREAT job and my sons hair looks soooo much better. Ceasar was so kind, caring, accommodating, and above all else probably the most patient person ever. My husband and I were so relieved that Ceasar was such a wonderful person and so grateful that he tried to make our son feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend him!
