I chose Freedom Pools based on a number of highly respected recommendations from friends and acquaintances. They have been wonderful to work with. John is the owner and He always answers my calls. I really appreciated having direct communication with the owner. He has addressed every concern that I have had. The pools comes with a 3 year warranty. The quality you get with Freedom Pools is top notch. I had a large scale project which took longer to complete but it was worth the wait. My project consisted of raised planters with stucco, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, spa and pool, fountain, fire bowls, metal gates, cinder block wall with stucco coating, drainage, and lighting....read full review

I highly recommend their services and affordable. With awesome pool designs and breathtaking waterfall. So if your looking to take a dip in something COOL and fashionable. Freedom pools is the way to go.

The pool came out beautiful. Freedom Pools were the only ones to follow through with the exact measurements and design that I gave them. Covid did add some delays as expected but John kept his word through the entire project. In the end John made sure I had the best equipment and that every minor detail was addressed and if there were any problems John took care of it right away. A small example of that is I didn't like the steps to my spa I thought it came out a little crooked and John had his guys demolish the steps and completely redo it so that it was perfect. He does warranty his work and back his pools so I will keep this review updated on the customer service I receive from them but so far I have no complaints and John The owner is always available to me if I have a question even after he has received his Final payment. When you make this kind of investment you don't want to deal with managers and secretaries, John makes himself available to his customers which I appreciate. Highly recommend !
