I have a new home and have never had a tankless water heater. I knew nothing about the maintenance required for this type of appliance or the flushing that is required. I called Clark Family Water Heaters and Bryan Clark returned my call immediately and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Bryan was prompt and more than willing to answer all my many questions. He explained the process and went right to work. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and neat. His price was more than reasonable. I was pleased and impressed with Bryan's level of customer service. I highly recommend his business.

Bryan saved the day with my leaking water heater. He was readily available, did a few extra things (add an emergency shut off/stabilize and secure it with a few pieces of wood anchored to the wall), and stayed with the first estimate which was very reasonable. The quality of work, his experience, and warranty on his work will have me recommend him to others.

We needed to replace the water heater for our investment property. The tenant has no hot water. So we need to fix the problem as soon as possible. Clark family gave me a reasonable quote and came out the same day to check the water heater. The water heater was replaced the next morning. Very reliable and professional! Thank you!
