One of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Amazing coaching staff and owner who really want to help you become stronger and functionally fit. I was only at this gym for a year but I’m definitely going to miss the wonderful inviting community here. I went to some of the other CrossFit places nearby but all of them felt cold and uninviting compared to this place. I wish I could just pick this gym up and the community and take it with me where I am moving next. Truly they’ve set the bar up high. Highly recommend setting up a trial run to see what Amoeba is all about. You won’t regret it.

The Misfit programming is simple and effective. The coaching gets you stronger, faster, and better each day.
Gym is super clean and well run. Parking amble. Great class times. Excellent communication.

I dropped in to Amoeba while in town and I am totally impressed with my whole experience. Owner Sam is super cool and coach Raff is super rad. This is quintessentially Crossfit with great people and caring, intelligent coaching. As a crossfit box owner and coach myself, this gym is of the best I’ve been to.
