My Mom has been using Ray Lacey at Acme Drain for years with her very complicated, Old Fig plumbing nightmares. After calling around for a plumber with some other recommendations first, I called Ray on a Tuesday morning at 7:30am before Thanksgiving. Everyone else was "too busy" to work with me and my schedule, but Ray God Bless Him! sent out Rodney right at 5pm the same day when I could get home to fix my brand new but backed up toilet.
