Marlene is knowledgeable, personable and more. Even with complicated returns, she's always been ahead of the curve in regards to changes in the Tax law, as well as knowing the right questions to ask. Prompt service, always willing to listen and explain. GREAT provider.
My family and I have been using marlene for about the last 6 years and this young lady I'd the best tax lady in lake county in my eyes. She gets 10 stars from me. Will not go to anyone else but marlene.
Tom and I have used Marlene for several years now. One year we thought we could do it ourselves but ended up taking it to her, after we found out it was harder than we thought, so she could straighten out our mess! She is very knowledgable and efficient and we have never had any problems. We would highley recommend her.
