Once again, Dennis from Smith & Bernal has proven why he's the only roofer I'll call. I recently had concerns about my roof when another roofer, contracted by a neighboring building owner, claimed it needed a $9,000 repair. Thankfully, Dennis was able to come out and inspect it himself--and his assessment put my worries to rest. Contrary to what the other roofer had said, Dennis confirmed that his 2017 repair was holding up exactly as designed. Had an inspection done on my house. Part of the roof failed inspection. After getting on schedule, the roof was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They even found a few more problems and took care of it for no extra cost!

Uh, this is your guy! I called him the day before thanksgiving, freaking out because I had a roof leak and he handled it right away, in fact he was the only company that answered the phone after calling about 20 other places! I absolutely love the service you get from local Clayton businesses and will never call another roofing company after having an experience with Smith and Bernal. Totally reasonable, professional, and kind.
