I normally get a deep tissue massage but decided to have a 60-min. Swedish, followed by the 30-min. salt scrub. Wow! I loved it! Unfortunately I can't remember the name of my masseuse but she was amazing. She asked me if the pressure was ok and really worked out a knot in my shoulder. She is very professional, and her studio is clean and quiet. Claire is very attentive to what's happening with my body, always starts by asking me how I'm feeling and where I need focus for that session. Her athletic background and training allows her to provide the deep tissue work I need, which combined with her strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology makes for a great experience.
