Otto recently remodeled my primary bathroom, and I could not love it more! He showed up on time like clockwork every day; he always left the space for the day cleaner than it was when he arrived; and he pays attention to details. He truly is a perfectionist, which I haven't found in any other contractor. On top of that, he's just a super nice guy. I highly recommend Motto Construction! You will not be disappointed.

Wow! We can't say enough about the quality of work, reliability, and professionalism. Otto and his assistant completely refreshed our bathroom. New flooring, vanity, plumbing, mirror. It came out great and was completely stress free. We'll be asking him to do our other bathroom next! Thanks so much Otto!

I recently had Otto replace 3 of my toilets as I had the original ones which used a lot of water. Otto helped me select the toilets which I love. I also had a problem with getting hot water to my shower quickly. It took about 10 minutes before it finally warmed up which is a big waste of water. Otto suggested putting in a recirculating pump that has a timer so that it doesn't have to run all the time. The hot water now takes less than 2 minutes. Needless to say, I am saving a lot of water and my last water bill was a cost savings of $80 from the previous bill. I'll be checking my bills for several months to compare from the previous year.
