“Wow, I see that my previous review is not recommended by Yelp. My previous review is something like "I want to be in Walter's van when the world ends". I thought that would convey how much I appreciated his help when I needed it..... during the horrendous hot spell of 2022's summer. Walter worked my project into a busy schedule for repair of my 50 year old air conditioner. Working on my deck in intense heat, he quickly diagnosed the issue and went to his van for a part. Fifteen minutes after arriving, he had it fixed. Pricing was, from my view, very reasonable. One and a half seasons since, and it's still running great. I had suffered a major health issue, and really needed help. I can't recommend a business more.“
