I've been meaning to put this review up, as I had absolutely incredible service from Ola last week replacing an old swamp cooler in the home I rent.
Unfortunately, Ola received the incorrect information regarding the unit to no fault of his own. And because of that, it made his job much harder.
He ended up driving all the way from Walnut Creek to Santa Rosa to pick up the correct unit for me and still installed it the same day.
He was extremely friendly, kind, and clearly went way above and beyond to get the job done for me on a very hot day! Gotta recognize and appreciate those things, especially in today's age!

Ariel diagnosed several problems quickly, got me an estimate in record time, and completed the work immediately. They were professional and friendly. (They loved my dog!)
