I so love this place. I have always loved to strength train and that’s one of the reasons why I join CrossFit but my CrossFit gym closed down and I tried some other places such as Kick Boxing I even tried having a small gym in my house during Covid but nothing worked as in to help me be focused and be intentional so I decided to try the two-day trial with the exercise coach and I ended up signing up. it’s been almost a year now am I so so love it. I strength train and the best part of it is that it’s only 20 minutes and trust me you will feel the 20 minutes in your body in your muscles and you will be able to focus and see your development weekly. At first, I thought 20 minutes was not going to do anything, but I was able to not just go from feeling groggy and tired all the time and slow, not to talk about the pounds that I gained during menopause and Covid, to losing over 20 pounds, and over 20 Inches. They also encourage your eating habits. I feel super strong and confident and I am not always tired or groggy or feeling like I can't do anything anymore. I am getting up in the morning without no problems going with my day and feeling great. 20 minutes twice a week is perfect for me and my busy lifestyle.
