Pomona Valley Health Centers (PVHC) at Claremont

***This review is for the Imaging Center only*** I recently came here to get my yearly mammogram done at their PVHMC Imaging Center in Claremont. This is usually my go-to location. Staff is always pleasant, nice, and helpful. I have never had to wait more than 15 mins after my scheduled appointment, but this time around, I waited almost 45 mins. I saw a lot of women go in before I did. I finally walked up to the counter and ask the lady why the long wait. Funny, she said my appointment was at 4:15 PM. In other words, I was an hour early LOL. Great customer service!! The whole staff were very friendly! Sandy was the nurse to assist my children, thank you Sandy for all your great service I’ll Recommend this office for everyone.

Very organized, very caring considerate of your time. Never have to wait to be seen. I am so impressed by the highest level of patient dr care. Feeling very important. That makes all the difference. The office and the DR’s flow very well. This is how you make a great office. Everyone knows what to do!
