Can't say enough good things about the Pilates instruction I am getting from Wanda at Pearl Pilates! I have definitely gained better muscle tone and endurance over the months I have been working with her. Wanda takes the time to talk to me about my postural issues and various injuries, and tailors my workout plan to address my overall goals with adjustments as needed for particular concerns during each session. She is a knowledgeable teacher and has a friendly way of encouraging her students to keep improving their Pilates practice. Highly recommend!

I have been taking Pilates with Wanda at Pearl Pilates since March 2018 and all I can say is WOW! Not only does she customize every class to my (and my partner's) physical needs, she is always coming up with new exercises and combinations so we never get bored. Wanda's personal attention ensures we are doing the moves correctly, and we leave each class excited for what we will do the next week. We get an intense full-body workout and a great stretch in an hour. Within three months, I was seeing firmer and stronger muscles, and now my arthritis pain has lessened tremendously. I love this place! I have been coming to this place for a month now. I have seen great improvement with my strength and physical appearance. Wanda is absolutely amazing, actually listens to what you have to say about the results you are looking for. She has shown me ways to stretch at home I get back spasms mostly around my shoulder blades or have a tight back. I always leave looking forward to the next workout. My 8 yr old points out my jiggly spots arms & tummy and tells me they are not as jiggly as they used to be lol.
