“Not only do I love kai for the amazing haircut she gave me but that she went above and beyond. First of all it was my fault that I booked to the wrong salon but kai came to my rescue. “Firstly, very few salons are open on Mondays, even fewer accept walk-ins, and only Narmin gave an effort to fit me in right away.

I personally have let very few people touch my hair and am always nervous about trying to find a new stylist, but Narmin was amazing and absolutely understood what I needed done.

The products used are quality and they clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, tranquil environment. It was very easy to relax.
