Please do not bring your children here. We called ahead of time to confirm that this urgent care worked with pediatrics, to which we were told "yes." We showed up at 6:30. They closed at 8, and we got seen just before closing. When the doctor came in, he barely looked at our 7 month old son. He asked for the details and I told him that my son was having difficulty keeping food down and has had some projectile vomiting (but that it is intermittent because earlier that day he kept down all his food). Unfortunately I have nothing but inconviences and frustration when visiting my daughter's health care provider here. The quality control need to be checked. Today I arrived at 2pm with my daughter who is handicapped and in a wheelchair for a visit. The desk tell me her appointment was an 11o'clock appointment which I never would have booked. There should have been a confirmation call. Health care providers need to step up their game!

I had a bad experience here about 4 years ago and only just recently went back for the first time. I was a bit upset that they made me do another unnecessary (but required) "establishment of care" visit before my physical as it had been more than 2 years since my last. However, they ended up doing my physical on that same day because I didn't have much medical history to talk about (I appreciated that). I'll give 5 stars for the friendly and professional receptionist, PA, nurse, and phlebotomist I interacted with. However, I still find their system very archaic and redundant.
