“Ive been going to Lux, specifcally with Pearl and Vivian since they first openened and i will continue going back. I made an app with pearl for a scalp treatment, and she was very accommodating. Her customer service is second to none, and she worked with me and my difficult work schedule. Dont trust anyone else with my hair/scalp needs but pearl. The treatment was also very satisfying, since she showed me before and after pictures. Very knowledgeable, and she care very much about her clients. Will be going back for round 2 for sure. I also went with Vivian for a glow facial… and wow, i was impressed of how knowledgeable she was about skin care. I was so happy with the results that i gifted my mom the same facial treatment and she was glowing!! Vivian was also very accommodating, she went above and beyond to work with my mom and i busy work schedule… shes passionate about skin care and shell have you glowing as my mom and myself did… i gave them 5 stars cause thats all i am able to…but id give them alot more. “Love this place! Amy has been taking care of me since 2021. The first appointment was the most important one and she made me feel comfortable by explaining what to expect. I started with bikini wax and slowly moved on to Brazilian. Their decor is so cute and their staffs are always welcoming. It's really easy to make an appointment. I have been using Vagaro to book appointments without any issues. I highly recommend to check it out if you are looking for a new place to start taking care of yourself!“
