The staff were all very professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. My masseuse, Cynthia, did an amazing job focusing on the areas I indicated were especially stiff. She was attentive and skilled, and I felt so much better after the massage. For those with a membership, the added perks like access to the sauna and jacuzzi make this place even more worthwhile. This spa is located inside the Pacific Palms Resort, parking is very spacious and easy.“
