I am so impressed with how efficient Top Rank Plumbing is! We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly. I called on a Sunday, not certain if they even handle gas pipes, and they offered some time slots on Monday. Deven came out and arrived right at the beginning of his arrival window and was able to complete all of the work within the allotted time. He was very friendly and easy to talk with, thorough, and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth as silk, and we appreciate it that much more after spending the entire weekend working on the house! Definitely will call Top Rank Plumbing for future projects!
When a pipe burst in our front yard and we got the run around from EID, these guys really saved the day. A small leak quickly turned into a big problem and Top Rank were the only company to come out the day we called them. Everyone we talked with was professional and knowledgeable in the what was needed to fix the problem. The repair was completed the next day for the price quoted. Solid service. Had a plumbing issue Saturday night. Sunday morning called my landlord, within the hour we had Kevin (I believe that was his name) at my door. Located the issue and had the water flowing within 20 min. Very professional and fast. I didn't think we would have anyone out until mid week. Cant thank kevin and Top Rank enough.
