just had a dentist appointment at Smile Time on Sunrise, and I want to give a big thank you to Jack Gorman for being so respectful and genuinely kind. He made the entire experience much more comfortable and positive. Jack is by far the best dentist I’ve ever come across, and I truly appreciate the care he provided. A big thank you to him and the entire office for such a great experience.

Marlene was fabulous with my teeth whightening!!! She explained through the whole process. Answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous and she took the time to calm me. She even brought me a blanket to keep warm and comfy. 😁

I’ve had three appointments with Dr. Jason Chou for fillings and every visit went really well. He’s kind, gentle, soft spoken, and really listens, which made a huge difference for my anxiety. My fillings look great and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

The assistants and front desk staff have also been solid. As long as you fill out your online paperwork ahead of time, the check in feels smooth. Their online scheduling system is convenient too, which I appreciate.

Only downsides are that some appointment times book out a few months because they stay busy, and the call center can be a little hard to understand at times. But overall, the care and...read full review
