“Staff of American Building Development were hired to work on our primary bathroom. Vitalli fixed our subfloor that previously contained dry rot. It took much longer than anticipated but was completed thoroughly and the site was left clean. Mike is planned to complete the floor/shower tile and drywall repairs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dan although he is not on this project. So far everything has been fine. We would maybe recommend this company. We will update this review as work is completed to our satisfaction. Will also upload pictures of the finished product.“

“I had dry rot in a door frame that was caused by bad flashing on my garage roof. ABD came for an estimate and was fast knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it came time for the repairs, the work crew showed up on time and didn't leave until the job was finished (almost 10 hours)! They ended up replacing siding, the door header, and a stud. They also repaired some other dry rot and paint matched everything. The Crew was incredibly nice and very professional. If you have dry rot don't hesitate to give American Building Development a call. I will be a repeat customer.“

“Alex and Eric were great to work with on our remodel (knocked out two walls, new kitchen, laundry room and revamped the dining, family and living rooms and raised some ceilings). They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive but the quality of work they completed was undeniably terrific! Alex has a wealth of construction knowledge and always provided cost effective alternatives for issues that in the end always turned out better than what I was expecting. Alex and his crew paid attention to details throughout the construction process and always strived to make me happy with their work products. They stayed on budget (minus change orders based on my upgrades) and would have stayed on schedule if not for some overlooked structural issues that my engineer had to work through with the city to approve the permit amendment. Eric was easy to work with through the contract process answering my questions promptly. The only minor complaint I have is some of their workers start work at 9am so they sometimes stay until 7pm+. Since I'm retired it wasn't an issue and allowed the workers to completely finish a certain phase of the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work Vostok completed at my house and would highly recommend them.“

“I had many estimates for siding and changing out a window for a French door, theirs was the most reasonable. I chose them because of David, because of he presence and communication with me. The crew worked effortlessly together, not missing a single detail. Details, like the electrical outlet, the power panel, the matching caulking, the new dryer vent, installing the new outside lighting, cleaning everything up, and my custom black color trim, was done perfectly. “We had a wonderful experience working with Good News Home Improvements. We needed an old garden window removed and replaced with a large picture window which also required some stucco work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received an estimate quickly and then everything else happened in a very timely manner including getting the window ordered, getting the work on the books for when the window was expected to arrive, etc. The window installers did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The stucco work was done the very next day and we were so impressed by how well the new stucco texture matches our existing stucco. The cost of everything was very reasonable, too! “We used West Standard to install Hardie plank shingle siding on our house along with a new front door and 5 windows. They were great to work with. They gave us a very reasonable bid and were readily available. They were courteous and went above and beyond, even doing extras like taking down and hauling away an old rooftop antenna since they were going to the dump anyway. They were on-time every day, very professional, and the work was done so well, its hard to tell where anything was even done.
