This company is great! We had an emergency on a HOT Sunday. We called at least 10 other companies…the big guys in Sacramento…you know who they are. None could help. The 24/7 on their websites is a ploy to get you to call. They have no techs available until several days out. Not RPM. They were here in 1-2 hours. Great service on the spot. No one overly expensive emergency diagnostic fee either. Family and veteran owned. AMAZING!!!
We had our entire HVAC system recently upgraded which was badly needed. The team at RPM operated with complete professionalism and transparency through the entire process. They were able to complete the installation efficiently and made sure that all work areas were picked up by the end of each work day. There were periods of time where they were working around 2 very inquisitive young kids which did not seem to phase them at all.
