It was great to work with Lydia at PSM, the placard we ordered for my mom's grave site is beautiful and I would recommend PSM to anyone. PS - FYI, they do have quite a long leadtime to delivery, so the earlier you order the faster it's delivered.

It isn't any surprise PSM Monuments have a 4.9 review score. Should be a solid 5.0 as they handled our son's headstone flawlessly. We interacted with several members of PSM and everyone... Yes, everyone.. was extremely helpful, compassionate, and thoughtful. Many details need to be taken care of, and PSM went above and beyond. I highly recommend PSM Monuments for your headstone needs. I had a very nice experience working with PSM to create a headstone after my father's burial.Sergey and Lidiya were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining my options without feeling overwhelmed.They were very thorough, excellent communication, and always very prompt to reply to all my questions. The artwork for the headstone was exactly as we designed on the first drawing. They listened to us!
