My pup was a new pt coming straight from the ER w a severe infection that caused a huge open wound. They have given us top notch service, Lucchi is on the mend and I know it's not only from the meds but from the love and care he gets from the staff.. They're transparent, empathetic, understanding and provide resources for low income! I have 3 dogs and a foster, we have anew vet in the area now! Thank you Ashlie, Autumn, Mareena and the rest of the amazing staff and doctors!
I brought my older dog to here for urgent care. Before that, I had visited vetco numerous times to diagnose her issues. They initially suggested I go to the ER, but I couldn’t afford the bill. Fortunately, they worked with me and found a solution. Due to the doctor’s past experience, she was able to diagnose my dog when the other vet couldn’t. Yes, I spent a lot of money at Vetco trying to figure out what was wrong. However, Mercy Doctor just had to look at her blood work and already knew the diagnosis. There was a 50/50 chance of recovery, but thankfully, my Sasha has recovered. This will be her new vet, and my newly adopted dog.
I recently took my cat to Mercy Citrus Heights and was incredibly impressed with the care we received. The veterinarian was compassionate and took the time to explain my cat's medical situation clearly. The entire staff was kind and attentive, making a stressful visit much easier.
