Thank you Brook for allowing me to be my own self-advocate and for your kindness and professionalism. Thank you Kim for preparing and providing me with a Delta Dental Pre-treatment Estimate on the spot, which was helpful, tactful and speedy__all at time same time. Your gestures of "Goodwill" allowed this loyal patient to receive the benefit of a Full-Mouth X-ray, which was previously thought to be unauthorized for a period of 3 years.

I love this place! I had half a tooth crack off...and my dentist couldn't (wouldn't?) get me in for five days, but they did give me the number for Madison Square Dental. They got me right in, and gave me a temporary ...and a week later, I have a beautiful new crown....i wish they had done all my crowns. I'm so happy with them, I can't even tell you. AND they referred me over to an endodontist for a different problem the last dentist just blew off. Very professional, gentle, caring. So pleased to be their patient!
