$2 sur charge for fuel and labor? I did some quick math on how much money is spent per class at the school... multiplied by the number of classes. Then extrapolate for an estimate of the money gathered across the district. This company is getting too greedy... I doubt their workers are getting a pay raise with all these "labor" sur charges collected. I'll bet my $2 sur charge the money is going to the already-rich investors, not for business expenses or wages.
